Xizhou Mi 25 is one of the leading Hami melon varieties: fine netting, orange flesh, crisp and juicy, with 15–18° Brix at the centre. Fruit is pre-cooled within four hours of harvest, graded by weight and shipped by cold-chain truck or air.
